I am a veterinarian. I work with farmers and cattle breeders from the entire Olt River County. For me and my clients and colleagues, the library was the perfect place where we could find information on consultancy and logistics, and most importantly: help. It gave us a convenient place for our meetings, trainings, expert advice for farmers in order to be able to find a way through the maze of legislation, regulations, subsidies and good practices.
We visit the library whenever we need to find and check out new information regarding legal and financial matters. The library is the place where the Local Action Group was initially founded and, together with our willing librarian, we shaped the strategy of the Association of Cattle Breeders in Avrig. We gather at the library
to find solutions to our problems, to meet and plan together.
For all the help we received from her part, we made our librarian an Honorary Member of the association.
